Lift & Slide Doors

Grabill’s premium Lift and Slide door systems are a perfect solution for patios, sunrooms and rooms with a view. Our doors slide neatly together or pocket into a wall offering a full view, maximizing indoor-outdoor living enjoyment.

Large door panels slide easily and quietly with the simple movement of one handle. When closed, doors secure to the jamb at multiple points and drop to the sill to engage the weather-stripping for security and strength. Doors up to 6 feet in width can be combined to create wall openings measuring up to 40 feet in length. Premium stainless steel hardware is standard and a variety of custom levers and trims are available. Lift and slide doors are also available in all-wood and bronze-clad.

Clad

All of our bronze clad products feature Grabill custom profiles made with heavy gauge extruded metal that will last for generations and naturally oxidize over time without degrading the metal. Grabill custom patina and finish applications achieve various levels of Bronze Aging and Antiquing without the wait.

The Grabill contemporary aluminum clad product line has the best of both worlds: the strength and weather resistance of Grabill custom profiles in extruded aluminum to the exterior, and the warmth of handcrafted wood to the interior. Our heavy duty extruded aluminum cladding contains over 90% recycled material, is locally produced. Painted Kynar 70 finish offers 10 year unconditional warranty and can be color matched to virtually any color. Anodizing and powder coated finishes are also available.

Wood

Wood species are project specified. Multiple wood and split species available. Grabill uses Smartwood FSC certified Mahogany and Eucalyptus and sustainable lumber when ever possible. Engineered Douglas Fir laminated cores are also FSC certified with low *VOC emissions. All of our lumber is kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8% at the time of fabrication.
